Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Natural Nail Care Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for appointments canceled at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
